Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly reports to the management concerning the ff:
Manage company accounts and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Prepare Financial Statements and submit financial reports.
Reconcile accounts payables and receivable of head office and branches.
Ensure timely bank payment of clients in Selendra Condominium and keep transaction records accurate and complete.
Maintain financial data confidentiality with the management.
Oversee the accounting department and operations of the branch.
Performs other accounting related functions if necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills
Must be from Baguio City
Willing to relocate
