Job Description
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes,
Oversee Finance and inventory of the company,
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements,
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy an completeness,
Supervise or manage general ledger accounting functions,
Checking of all billings and payables to the suppliers
Checking and approving check vouchers, ensuring that all supporting documents attached are genuine and above board,
Prepare the Daily Cash Flow report,
Ensuring that all disbursements for the day are fully funded.
