Accounting OfficerILO Construction, Inc

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably has experience working in the construction industry
Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision-making skills
Works well under pressure, flexible, energetic, dependable, has professional conduct
Highly analytical, multi-skilled
Strong organization and time management skills, solution-oriented, self-starter, works well with a team
Can work effectively with minimum supervision
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Checks and ensures that all accounting entries and documentations are accurate and complete.
· Checks Accounts Payables Vouchers, Petty Cash Voucher, Check Voucher, Journal Voucher, Debit Memo, Credit Memo
· Vouchering of Insurance of the Project
· Monitors and checks Accounts Payable and General Ledger Module in NAYSA.
· Assists other Departments in queries in NAYSA regarding Accounts Payable, Withholding Tax and GL Module.
· Monitors accuracy of NAYSA reports except Inventory related reports
· Entertains queries of Suppliers
· Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
