RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews/validates accounts payable and expense payable booking and disbursements
Ensures timely preparation of invoices, and collection of A/R and payment
Will work in treasury management, including cash flow forecasts and actuals and bank reconciliation
Prepares and ensures the accuracy of payroll and incentives
Assist in accomplishing regulatory compliance obligations and reporting: BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF
Assist the auditor in the yearly audit
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Strong knowledge and Exposure of Accounting Processes, Good interpersonal and Communication Skills, Well versed in seeking continuous improvement in systems and processes, Ability to work in a multi-task environment
Preferably a 5-Year Experienced Employee specializing General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
