JOB DESCRIPTION
Plans, Organizes, Leads, Control & Monitor the Main Activities of the Department
Prepares monthly Income Statement
Analyze Department's Quality Objective as to its effectiveness. Suggest revision if deem necessary based on the analysis. Prepares and submit proposed new Quality Objective
Review existing department's policies and procedures and propose for necessary revision.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented.
Check and monitor staffs status of daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
Attends Management Committee Meeting and submit Department Quarterly Management Reports.
Conducts department's quarterly performance evaluation of probationary and regular staff, respectively.
Resolves all NC CIAR's of the Department.
Corrects immediately inappropriate behavior(s) of subordinates.
Issues incident reports to staff for any departmental process non-conformances.
Prepares in-house training modules for the Department's Staff.
Identifies discrepancies on sales and collections, and determine alternative courses of action.
Must have the knowledge regarding the contract requirements and/or agreement of BDC and the suppliers/ clients.
Conducts interview of applicants endorsed by the Human Resource Manager for hiring.
Does other duties that maybe assigned by the Immediate Superior(s) from time to time.
Ensure that all send out payment and collection from branches are tally with the slip.
Monitor and ensure that cash sales of branches are done within the day.
Ensure that receivables are reconciled with Branch Managers and Marketing Department.
Keeps and maintains all important supporting documents and reports of the Department.
Conducts final selection of applicants for the Department to be endorsed to the management for approval.
