Job Qualification:
Possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 3 years in an accounting-related position; minimum 2 years as supervisor or head
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular. Experience with ERP software is a plus.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized and independent
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
​Job Responsibilities :
Oversee daily transactions, including payments and receipts, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
Management of fixed assets
Responsible for cash flow planning
Prepare inventory reports and assist in inventory control
Prepare management reports, financial analysis and forecasts
Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
Schedule and oversee annual auditing processes
Manage payroll calculation and accompanying payroll slip preparation
Supervise and manage accounting staff
