Daily Monitoring of financial documents that pass through Finance department
Preparation of Journal Vouchers
Monitor and Checking of Employees Cash Advances
Monitor monthly bank reconcillation
Preparation of Financial Reports
Check balance sheet and income state schedules
Analysis of Account Schedules
Performance of inter-company reconciliation and preparation of reconciliation sheet
Monitoring of various BIR filing and other Governmental compliance and payments
Performance of local tax monitoring
Perform payroll - related function
Provision of assistance to External auditors as required
Assist in the development of accounting system and processes perfroms other accounting related tasks that maybe assigned by the VP Finance and Accounting
