Summary of Job Description:
Checks & encodes Daily Sales Report, request for quotation on SAP, then coordinates to Sales Agent for double checking
Submission of Daily Sales Report to Top Management & to Admin via email
Monitoring of monthly billings, rentals, liquidation of petty cash
Government Remittances (SSS, Philhealth & Pag- Ibig) and Monthly 2550-M, 1601-E & 160l-C
Forms management and inventory
Receives all payments, accurately records and ensures payments are deposited immediately or within the next 2 banking hours.
Assist sales team for any payment concerns and ensures 100% collection of all due accounts by all possible means.
Accurately prepares trade rebates and commissions of all referrals within 7 days after full payment.
Submits Monthly and updated YTD Financial Statements
Payment Analysis Report (Cash & Card Reports)
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
More than 3 years of work experience in General Accounting procedures
Familiar with preparation of financial statements and BIR Requirements
With experience in people management, auditing
Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
Can speak Mandarin or Hokkien is an advantage
Willing to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Quezon City
