Job Description
Responsibilities:
Invoicing of Accounts
Preparation of Collection Report
Must know how to issue Official Receipt and Collection Receipt
Preparation of vouchers for payables
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
Folllow up collections from clients
Supervise and monitor other accounting staff
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
With minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Knowledgeable on Manual and Computerized Accounting
Can work with minimum supervision
Must be computer Literate (MS Word, EXCEL)
Willing to be assigned Ortigas, Pasig
Willing to start ASAP
