Job Responsibilities
Mainly responsible for the monitoring of daily Accounting activities
Processing of accounts payable
Updating of Accounting reports in a timely manner
Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors regarding accounting-related transactions
Responsible for updated bank reconciliation
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Must have at least 4 years experience in General Accounting and Bookkeeping
Must have at least 3 years experience in handling a team
Must be very keen on details and above-average numerical skills
Must be able to deal with various position levels in the organization
Must be familiar with different Accounting Softwares such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, Xero
Preferably with experience n formulating Accounting Procedures
