I-Merex Group of Companies, SAUDI ARABIA is currently seeking an Accounts Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing day to day operations of the department
Creates and establishes accounting policies, procedures and defining applicable controls and system improvements
Monitors and analyzes accounting data and reports concerning accounts receivables, accounts payables, expenses, tax compliance cash flow, inventories and other related data and reports
Submits monthly and quarterly accounting reports to the management
Manages yearly renewal of business permits, BIR registration, and application for tax clearance and other documentary requirements
Prepares and ensures the correctness of consolidated annual reports / financial statement, schedules, and documents as needed by External Accountant
Assist the other department in preparation of accounting related documents for submission to government agencies such e.g. DTI/SEC
Performs scheduled audits
Performance and developmental review of all accounting staff
Reports discrepancies, unaccounted funds, and advances to immediate head
EXPERIENCE
Three or more years of extensive experience in the related field.
Proficient in MS Office application, and knowledgeable in various accounting systems
Ability to multi-task, can work under pressure, and meet deadlines required
Excellent budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis skills required
EDUCATION
CPA preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED
