Job Description
Fast and accurate reconciliation of accounts for remitted item variances.
Fast and accurate aging of all commission receivables.
Ensures the accuracy of the subsidiary ledger of Commission Receivables.
Accurate distribution of Statement of Accounts.
Fast and accurate encoding of all Petty Cash Vouchers.
Fast and timely preparation of Replenishments of Petty Cash Vouchers.
Provides assistance in the preparation of commission reports when necessary.
Provides assistance on petty cash releasing when necessary.
Achieves all tasks assigned by the CFO and Assistant Managers.
Job Qualification
5 years of working experience as an Accountant
Must be knowledgeable in preparations of Financial Statements
Must be computer literate especially in MS Excel
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
