JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to daily, month and year-end processes of the following: o accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, cash receipts, treasury, general ledger, and taxes.
Assists with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and internal audit programs.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principals.
Ensures compliance with all government & regulatory agency requirements.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
Prepare ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
Performing other assignments as may be assigned by the President GM.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 5 years of experience
Excellent communication skill
adepth knowledge in MS Excel & Local taxation and financial statement
Analytical and multi- tasking and proactive
