Oversee the overall accounting process based on assignment or Key Results Area (Billing, Collection, General Accounting, Accounts Payable)
Analyze Performance Report, identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Perform audit in matching and posting of entries in SAP.
Participate in accounts reconciliation, monthly closing processes and external audit procedures.
Initiate process improvements, innovations and programs within the department/unit.
Conduct performance assessment on subordinates.
Develop and Implement Mall policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA-passer is an advantage
At least 5-7 years experience in managerial level
With knowledge in business applications including Microsoft Office, SAP and other Accounting systems
Willing to be assigned in Head Office at Muñoz, Quezon City
