Critical general ledger; treasury; accounts receivable/billing; bank reconciliation; intercompany entries and reconciliation; cashflow reporting; external and internal audit management and forecasting; month-end closing; month-end reporting tasks as assigned. Direct review of GL team's tasks Manage, coach, mentor and upskill the GL team Process NA and PH Payroll Entries
Other responsibilities:
Ensures timely issuance of Customer invoices and collections
Perform Monthly Revenue Reconciliation
Coordinate with Colombia Finance Team and handles full accounting and reporting of Colombia in SAP and in Hyperion.
Handle Fixed Asset accounting
Performs monthly Intercompany reconciliation
Monthly GL Account Reconciliation
Perform SAP Closing Steps and Hyperion Reporting
Assist in the preparation of monthly cash forecast
Other adhoc and projects as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- at least 3 years leading a team
- SAP user
- Hyperion reporting experience a plus
- experience in US, Canada, UK accounting and taxation a plus
- CPA is an advantage
- experience in inter-company accounting and reconciliation
- Treasury experience
- at least 8 years of progressive work experience
- hands-on management style, can roll up the sleeves and up-skill, coach and mentor the team
