Job Description:
· Manages the Accounting Department of the Company.
· Monthly checking of month-end balances of all accounts in Netsuite.
· Recommends corrections/adjustments in the Financial Reports.
· Makes sure approved accounting policies are followed in the recording of all transactions.
· Recommends improvements to the financial policies/processes of the company.
· Prepares quarterly financial reports for submission to top management.
· Prepares other financial reports as requested and needed.
· Oversees the preparation of reports submitted to BIR and make sure these are filed and paid on time.
· Coordinates with external auditors in the preparation of year-end audited Financial Statements
· Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Graduate of Accounting
· 5 years' experience
· CPA and non CPA are welcome to apply.
