ACCOUNTING MANAGER
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership of the department.
Oversees and implements all accounting procedures and processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.
Oversees and reviews budget reports, preparation of budget, and analysis of budgets per business unit.
Analyzes accounting reports and recommends Top Management interventions to ensure sound financial management stability.
Provides technical advice on financial management policies and procedures; develop policies, forecasts, and plans according to the needs of the Company.
Ensures Company compliance to statutory requirements such as financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and with other financial groups with regard to Company finances.
Monitors and evaluates performance of staff.
Performs other accounting or financing-related tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.
Educational Requirement:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance and preferably CPA.
Technical or Work Experience Requirement:
Preferably with at least five(5) years in a related field with a managerial/supervisory position.
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Strong business sense, with high level of integrity and commitment.
Highly analytical, have strong attention to detail and high regard for quality.
Independent, able to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data for management reports
