Accounting ManagerGuanco Development Corp.

Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, polices and principles
Improves systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budget
Monitors revenue and expenses
Creates and implements a strategy to improve collection process
Negotiates with client/s in cases when nonpayment occurs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, business or other related field
At least 10 years of extensive experience in Accounting
At least 3 years of experience as Accounting Manager
Experience in credit construction industry is an advantage
General accounting principles and processes
Proficient understanding of Billing/Collection procedure and monitoring of accounts receivables including project monitoring.
High proficiency in Microsoft word, excel including formulas, pivot tables
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information with regards to accomplishment report and Aging of accounts
