3-5 years' experience in a finance and accounting supervisory role.
Experience in developing policies, procedures and controls is very desirable.
Role Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
Work as a team to develop and maintain policies and procedures, internal and external KPIs and internal and external controls.
Help create a culture of continuous process improvement.
Assist clients with the onboarding process.
Ensure accurate and timely results and uphold quality standards.
Hire, train and develop additional accounting staff
Quickly and professionally respond to client requests and help resolve any unexpected issues.
Qualifications:
Excellent grasp of accounting principles, controls and operations
A bachelor's degree in accounting
Ability to rapidly take on a leadership role and to work collaboratively and with minimal oversight.
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients, management and other team members.
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace productivity apps
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in accounting or CPA designation highly desirable
