Job Description Establish and enforce accounting procedures, systems and controls
Ensure continuous business operations with timely compliance of governmental requirements or requirements of other agencies
Improves systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions
Manage and train accounting staff and supervise their activities
Provide technical training to staff
Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Must have a strong grasp of Accounting principles
Must have good supervisory and leadership skills
Must be able to provide an accurate interpretation and evaluation of financial data and its analysis
Must be able to operate in strategic and operation levels
Must be able to understand accounting practices and standards, governmental regulations and laws related to business
Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and generally accepted accounting principles
Advance knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standard, and state/national regulations.
