1. Manages and oversees the functions of the Accounting Department including review of check vouchers, approvals of other disbursements, review of reports prepared by staff
2. Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies and procedures
3. Controls costs
4. Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produce financial reports
5. Reviews Tax Computation*
6. Reviews Report Prepared by the Accounting Supervisor
7. Assigns tasks and direct staff to ensure effectiveness on job description
8. Coordinates with external parties that affects the Accounting Department
9. Prepares payroll for employees with confidential package
10. Addresses concerns outside the normal functions of the accounting staff
11. Screening of applications for the Accounting Department
12. Trains and coaches accounting staff for development
13. Improves systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions
14. Coordinates with external CPA
15. Reviews contracts to identify financial implications
16. Assists in completing requirements for insurances, loans, permits and other contracts
