- Extensive experience in managing a team (minimum of 5 years)
- Operations background rather than audit. Familiarity with day to day operations of a company rather than working for an audit firm.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Experience using an ERP (enterprise resource planning software - accounting module)
- Experience managing AP, AR, Financial Reporting, TAX/BIR Functions
- Fast, flexible, trustworthy, and keen attention to detail
- Preferred experience in the consumer goods industry
