About the Accounting Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procedure and timely submission of financial and management reports, plan and budgets, financial analysis and forecasting, internal financial reports, remittance of profit, adjustments, daily profit and loss movement and other accounting reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of establishing the financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems
Ensure quality control on accounting policies in accordance with ICAAP/IFRS/PFRS
Support regulatory reporting, provide data, and monitor submission to BSP/PDIC
Oversee all tax-related duties from computation, payment, reconciliation, and timely reports submission to BIR. Coordinate with external auditors and local regulators in financial statements.
To succeed in this Accounting Manager role, you must maintain systematic records of financial transactions of the branch, oversee the accounting operations and ensure its compliance with the branch's internal control and accounting policies.
Key Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Five or more years of experience in accounting and finance industry
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong motivation and a personal drive to succeed
