ACCOUNTING MANAGER
We are looking for a detail-oriented, flexible, and well-organized Accounting Manager with a high sense of accountability.
Job Description:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accountancy or any Accounting related courses.
· With at least five (5) years of work experience in Accounting, three (3) years of which in a managerial capacity;
· The ability to prepare statutory accounts including consolidations
· With excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
· Strong Computer Skills. Knowledgeable in Accounting
· Work experience in a Distribution company is a plus;
· Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
· Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
· Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions of the Manager of Financial Reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses of the company.
· Monitoring of inventory of the branch.
· Conduct spot inventory audits.
· Monitoring of sales transactions and
· Recording of sales transactions in the Cash Book Journal for the branch
· Proven experience and knowledge in handling AP, AR, BIR, and General Accounting.
· Prepare and submit the financial report
