Description:
» Reviews account reconciliation of all key accounts
» Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems.
» Assess accuracy of accounting data, fielding questions directed at accounts payable and receivable, keeping track of records and processing transfers.
» Checks all required reports submitted by subordinates' relative to general accounting, expenses and sales.
» Ensures compliance to Company policies and procedures.
» Prepares account analysis as may be required by President/Treasurer/Financial Consultant.
» Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll.
» Leads and nurtures a work culture that promotes open, frequent and dynamic communication among staff, stimulating teamwork to accomplish desired goals and objectives.
» Supervising Sales and Collection.
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
» At least 2-3 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): Accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, admin, general accounting, administrative jobs.
» Preferably manager/5 Yrs. & Up practiced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
» Well expertise in QuickBooks.
