Job Description
Oversees Monthly/Quarterly/Annual BIR payments and requirements;
Prepares In House Financial Statement as needed, with analysis and proper presentation of accounts
Prepares reconciliation - Real and Nominal Accounts
Manage collection and prepare Cash position on a weekly basis
Liaise/coordinate with banks re loans and other bank transactions
In charge of preparation of Payroll
Checks and confirms prepartion of Sales invoice for all the clients, including S/A if needed.
Oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, and other Administrative functions
Checks daily vouchers and outgoing payments, collections receipt and petty cash transactions.
Provides schedule of Real accounts for Annual financial statement
Prepares Annual Trial Balance with adjusting entries for submission to External Auditor
Coordinates with the External auditor for preparation of Audited FS
Oversees preparation of Annual report for SEC. (i.e GIS, AFS)
Minimum Qualifications
With a degree in BS Accountancy or related field, preferably CPA
With at least 3 years experience as Asst.Manager/Managerial position in Accounting and Finance or related field; background in Auditing function an advantage
Experience in FS preparation, A/R, A/P, cashflow management, taxation, government compliance, bank loans and transactions
A proactive team leader who can effectively direct and supervise staff
SAP experience an advantage
Analytical, with good foresight, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Willing to work in Quezon City
