Responsibilities:
Managing the counter-part Client Contract Owner on the wellness of the zones and not limited to reporting of the metrics and overall team performance of the zones.
Managing to address operational issues to ensure that all metrics and processes are achieved at the level of expectations of the Client Contract Owner.
Lead all the meetings with the Client Contract Owner (Weekly, Steering Committee Meetings)
Coordinate and work closely with the Country Ambassadors on the Process Improvements, Initiatives and Projects Identified for each processes/zones.
Should also be able to identify process improvements or control gaps and resolutions. Participation in major change programs such as implementation and process standardization is also required.
Should understand, validate and ensure that the billing (cost drivers) is correct and able to report and communicate with the Contract Owner.
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business related equivalent
6 years minimum experience in the field of Financial Operations or equivalent field, 2 years minimum is exposure in Client Facing/Management
Strong understanding of STP, RTR, and OTC processes
With very good communication skills and adept exposure in Client Management/Facing
Has experience/knowledge in complex Accounting System (Oracle, SAP, JDE, Blackline)
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Candidate must have basic knowledge in process compliance and controls with strong command of the English language, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong analytical and evaluation skills;
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) to effectively work with staff at various levels and report to executive management;
People management experience
Strong client management experience
Can work well under pressure;
Proficiency in other Microsoft applications (but not required)
CPA (preferred)
Willing to work night shift
Willing to work in Pasay City
