Accounting ManagerExcelsior Farms Inc.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plans, implements and oversees overall accounting strategy and daily operations to ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and service level agreements
Reviews the month-end closing entries (accruals, amortizations)
Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to Management and Department Heads
Prepares, analyzes, and monitors the annual budget
Attends Operational and Management Meetings
Continuously reviews, assess current accounting practices, procedures and make recommendations to improve the process flow of F&A
Facilitates F&A Meetings
Facilitates immediate resolutions on issues and concerns on F&A
Handles concerns relating to the overall performance of the Accounting Supervisor
Collaborates with all departments of the organization to properly manage and integrate F&A business processes to operations.

Job Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same capacity
Must be well-versed in all accounting facets
Highly flexible, organized, and can withstand pressure
Ability to quickly adjust to new work environments
Able to understand and effectively communicate with different levels in the organization.
