JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
The Accounting Manager has the primary responsibility for the overall supervision of the engagement in accordance with the standards of the Company and the profession as expressed in official professional pronouncements. Under the direction of the Partner and Director, the Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounting has overall responsibility for the effective and efficient execution of the engagement, for ensuring client satisfaction and in developing and retaining high performance staff.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review financial reports, monitor accounts and prepare activity reports and financial forecasts;
Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments;
Plan and direct the activities of staff in branches or departments;
Prepare reports as required by law, regulations or company policies;
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures;
Producing long-term business plans;
Undertake research into pricing, competitors, and factors affecting performance;
Manage budgets, control income, cash flow, expenditure and carry out business modeling and risk assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting;
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam);
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
