Review & Analysis of the Financial Statements
Review & approval of the following schedules
All AR schedules
All AP schedules
House & Lot Inventory schedule
Land and Land Dev schedule
Project Cost Report
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be an Accountaby graduate, CPA required.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 5-10 years experience specializing in Book keeping, Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Inventory & taxation or equivalent
With strong understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and develop/maintain systems for collecting, analyzing and reporting information
Excellent coordination and interface management skills
Team player with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
Pro-active and results-driven
With real estate experience is an advantage
