1. GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's general ledger.
- Cash management (including placement & movement of funds.)
- Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
- Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues
- Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
- Works with other departments providing financial reports and records as required.
- Manages the company's operating and capital budget.
- Supports budget and forecasting activities.
- Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
2. OTHER ACCOUNTING RELATED TASKS
- Processing of acreditation requirements
- Accomplishes government accounting principles and procedures.
- Client portal management.
- Computation and confirmation of sales commisions.
3. MANPOWER MANAGEMENT
- Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting officers (including, but not limited to; cash reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
4. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS.
- Provides sound analysis of reports based from the data coming from company's database/records.
- Prepares monthly Mancom reports.
