Job Descriptions
Direct the accounting operations of the team, including but not limited to financial reporting & analysis, general ledger, treasury, payroll transactions, audit, taxation, etc.
Responsible for people management of Service Delivery Operations staff e.g. training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning, annual process
Preparing and consolidating financial statements
Establishing and maintaining internal controls
Managing all aspects of the general ledger
Job Qualifications
Must be a CPA
At least 5-7 years experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Controlling (Treasury, Revenue accounting), Financial Planning & Analysis (Including Budgeting / Forecasting) and Record-to-Report
Has experience managing a team of 20-25 employees
Proficient in Excel and Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, NetSuite, Sage, etc.
With prior experience in BPO / Shared Service Industry, preferably with background in supporting Logistics or Oil and Gas companies
Must be knowledgeable in US Accounting processes
Amenable to work in Night Shift
Amenable to work in Alabang (work from home temporarily)
