Accounting Manager in fpipNeocareer Philippines Inc.

-Monitors the month end closing of books of accounts for the purpose of financial statement.
-Monitors tax payment schedules and preparation of tax returns.
-Assigns and reviews the work of subordinate in administering accounts payable and receivable; payroll processing, verifying and recording financial documents and forms.
-Ensures the correctness of accounting entries in the General Ledger
-Prepares monthly report and financial statement analysis for management
-Prepares schedules and financial statements for audit compliance.
-Examines and verifies the accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits, deposits, withdrawals. And completeness of accounts payable documents and verifies all invoices are valid for payment due to all supplies.
-Anticipate the financial requirements of the company.
-Provides reports, schedules or other information for reportorial requirement to top management, global company, banks, government agencies, auditing body, or other external parties.
-Monitors movement of fixed assets and prepares depreciation schedule.
-Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by superior.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancyplus factor if have Master’s Degree / CPA --With at least 3-4years’ experience in managerial level-With experience in Peza Processing.
Salary: PHP 90,000
