Accounting Manager - audit/ tax returnTalent Trader Group

Responsibilities:
Creating operational and strategic strategies, creating schedules and accounting information for filings, audits, and tax returns.
Establishing objectives, supervising implementation, and tracking outcomes.
Creating quarterly, yearly, and monthly financial reports; monitoring and regulating accounts; and taking remedial action.
Directing the international rollout of new systems and procedures, hiring, and supervising the accounting team, assisting with yearly budgeting, and working with Solution Management and functional teams.
Promoting ongoing process improvements, guaranteeing adherence to business rules and guidelines, and establishing process correlation between accounts on the income and balance sheets.
Requirements:
Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 4 years responsible accounting experience and 3 years supervising management experience.
Knowledge of MS Office, Financial Statements, SOX and internal controls.
