As an Accounting Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will be an integral part of our finance team, contributing to various accounting functions and assisting in the maintenance of financial records. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors. Help maintain accurate and organized financial records. Aid in the preparation of budgets and financial reports and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing necessary documentation. Input financial data into relevant systems and perform basic data analysis to support financial reporting. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications To be successful in the role: Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices. Must be willing to report on-site in our office located at Subic, Zambales.
