Job Summary:
Manage and oversee the daily operation of the accounting department ensuring accounting processes and company rules are meet. This includes:
Closing and Reconcilation of Accounts
Bank Reconciliations
Checking of Payroll
Check and monitor of Aging Reports.
Check and monitor sales & collection - making sure collection are efficient
Check & verify check vouchers prepared by staff
Prepare financial reports.
Income Statement
Balance Sheet
Other reports
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
Prepare and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities of the company.
Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure data integrity.
Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staffs.
Assist & monitor Tax Compliance (Prepare, File & Pay of Different Tax returns)
Assist & Monitor Business permit compliance
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
