JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Review all AP & AR Transactions for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment upon approval by President. Check and verified Internal Controls & Records.
*Preparation of Cash Flow Statements.
*Preparation of all schedules (Fixed Schedules, Accrual Schedules and other Schedules for the Balance Sheet. *Preparation and reconciliation of Balance Sheet & P&L (closing of FS) every month end.
*Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
*Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
*Internal Audit of all Daily transactions.
*Support forecasting and budgeting.
*Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
*Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement.
*Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
*Assist with the filing of ITR thru EBirgov.
*Responsible in preparing check vouchers and checks for accounts payable.
*Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
*Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
*Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
*Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
