Job Description
Review all AP & AR Transactions for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment upon approval by President.
Check and verified Internal Controls & Records.
Preparation of Cash Flow Statements.
Preparation of all schedules (Fixed Schedules, Accrual Schedules and other Schedules for the Balance Sheet.
Preparation and reconciliation of Balance Sheet & P&L (closing of FS) every month end.
Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
Internal Audit of all Daily transactions.
Support forecasting and budgeting.
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
Assist with the filing of ITR thru EBirgov.
Responsible in preparing check vouchers and checks for accounts payable.
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
