Work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits.
Develop financial forecasting and budgets; monitor financial performance against goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Head of Accounting in a relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
