Job Descriptions:
Knowledge of Auditing
Cash flow management
Financial Statement
BIR Processing
LGU Permitting
Assists with preparation of the budget
Establishes and maintains supplier accounts
Processes supplier invoices
Ensures transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Prepares income statements and balance sheets
Prepares monthly financial statements, quarter reports and reports on variances
Maintains financial files and records
Reconcile the accounts payable
Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Prepares and reconciles bank statement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
BOA Registered
Organization, Analytical and Numerical Skills
Wide experience in income statement analysis
Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft Office
Keen to details
At least 3 years of experience in the same position
