BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of all Accounting matters related to Cost, General, Budgeting, BOI, and BIR reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Major Duties
1.Head the Accounting section
a. Check and monitor all transactions involving both Cost and General Accounting.
b. Supervise the Inventory Control and Product Costing performed by the Cost Accountant.
c. Supervise the bookkeeping and related schedules performed by the General Accountant.
2.Financial Statements Preparation
a. Preparation of General Ledgers
b. Generate adjusted Trial Balance
c. Preparation of Financial Statements
3.Auditing
a. Check and verify the correctness and completeness of all accounting documents in every particular transaction.
b. System audit once in every six months.
c. Formulate audit findings in every Inventory Audit and suggest recommendations, if possible.
d. Formulate appropriate accounting policies necessary to the outcome of every system audit.
4.Budgeting
a. Disseminate budget systems and procedures to the sections concerned.
b. Discuss for the acceptability of the figures submitted by every section.
c. Gather all the data and formulate the budgeted financial statements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
1. Accounting Graduate
2. At least 3 years' experience in Accounting.
3. Knows how to make FS, IS, TB and Budget Reports
4. Experience in SEC, BOI, BIR and other private and gov't agencies and their regulations
5. Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001
6. Must be cooperative and willing to work anytime whenever needed.
7. Must have good personality and can speak English
