MOBLER ENTERPRISES is looking for a well-experienced, driven and self-motivate Accounting Head.
Qualifications:
Must be a BS Accountancy graduate with 5 years minimum managerial experience.
Board passer is an advantage.
Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Xero/QuickBooks accounting software.
Experienced with working on BIR paperwork especially tax regulations.
Must be result-oriented and a good team player with a keen level of accuracy and high attention to details.
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Responsibilities:
The Accounting Head is expected to provide a comprehensive assessment and management of the company's account. The responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Ensures that all company's accounting or financial transactions, especially taxations, are logged in Xero/QuickBooks.
Creates budgets, manages expense claims, reconciles bank statements, manages bills and pays run through Xero/QuickBooks.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and performs various accounts reconciliation (e.g. bank) activities within the deadline.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Represents the company on BIR and Taxation matters.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Provides monthly financial statements and other relevant reports.
