Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the accounting and finance team.
Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives and plans.
Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
Oversee tax planning and compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
-Proven experience in a leadership role.
-Strong understanding of the construction industry is preferable.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in financial management software.
