We are URGENTLY looking for:
Position Available: Accounting Head (CPA Bookkeeper)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
On-Site Work at Mandaue Office
Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in General Accounting/Bookkeeping/Tax Compliance or any related field
Well-organized, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to details
Knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Office, accounting databases, and software)
Job Overview:
Prepare financial documents, including invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
Manage company assets and financial expenditures.
Handle the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
Update management on any financial discrepancies found.
Archive financial documentation and update accounting databases on a monthly basis.
Undertake various clerical duties.
Plan, coordinate, and administer general accounting and reporting activities, including financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure proper reporting of cash balances in the general ledger system.
Starting Salary Range:
Php 20,000 - 30,000 + KPI (Monthly Performance Bonus)
Health Insurance with Php 250,000 coverage per illness
