Description
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
-Oversees daily transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
-Supervises subordinate staff: sets work priorities; creates work schedules; conducts performance evaluations; implements reward or discipline as needed
-Monitors the daily performance of the accounting department.
-Organizes financial data into useable information and maintains updated records.
-Prepares financial statements.
-Submits reports and/ or legal documents to BIR, SEC, and other related institutions.
-Issues invoice to stores and sales admin; requests printing of invoices and delivery receipt.
-Coordinates issues with the Banks, Logistics, external auditor and others.
-Monitors CIS (customer information system).
-Renews permits and certificates.
-Develops and implements policies and procedures within the department and in coordination with other departments.
-Submits weekly/ monthly/ bi-annual/ annual report or as may be required by the CFO.
-Performs other duties related to accounting and finance as may be required by the CFO.
