ACCOUNTING HEAD
DUTIES:
1. Prepare daily cash position report DCPR
2. Checking of cheque or cash release
3. Checking of liquidation
4. In-charge in all Accounting month-end report (Disbursement, Billing, Collection, AR Balance, Bank Recon, Operations Expense, Payroll Entry, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and other reports required)
5. Prepare month-end financial statement
6. In-charge of filing and preparing of all BIR tax return form
8. In-charge in Annual General Information Sheet (GIS) and Audited Financial Statement (AFS)
9. Process of renewal of Business Permit
QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS Accountancy Graduate
· 2-4 years experience in General Accounting and most BIT tax return form
· Knowledge in Financial Statement
· Preferably resident of Cavite or nearby City
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Ability to organize and interpret data
· Ability to multitask and work with web-based applications and other systems
· Must be punctual and maintain attendance that meets or exceeds company expectations
· Can start ASAP
