Position: Accounting &Finance Officer
Location: San Juan Manila
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday onsite
Salary : 30k to 35k complete benefits
Note: the candidate can start 1 week after hiring for urgent position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee all financial and accounting transactions including
compliance to BIR & related legal requirements
· Prepare Financial & Accounting policies and procedures
· Prepare annual budget guidelines and forecasts
· Lead internal audit of financial documents
· Prepare Annual Treasurer's report
· Assist in the transnational recording & management of funding,
grants and scholarships
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors Degree in BS Accountancy and Certified Public Accountant is advantage
· At least 3-5 years experience in General Accounting, Taxation and
Auditing; ideally as project team lead or with leadership management skills
· Familiarity with NGO financial guidelines is an advantage
· Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Accounting systems; Knowledge of
QNE System is a plus
· With proven competence in a leadership & management
position
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good analytical skills
