Company Profile:
This is a Japanese financial services company catering Auto loans.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience handling finance and accounting units/teams .
• 5 years of experience in Financial reporting and tax filing.
• CPA
• Willing to attend face to face interview
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the unit
• Ensure the timely submission of the financial and other reporting requirements complying with the Philippines Financial Reporting Standards
• Ensure the timely filings of tax returns and payments of taxes
• Analyze cash flows including negotiations with the banks to meet the funding requirements of the company.
• Ensure the timely submission of data and information to the external auditors
• Ensure compliance to national and local government rules and regulations
• Primary liaison officer to financial queries and concerns by national or local governments.
• Perform various administrative functions
Resolve day-to-day operational, managerial and personnel related issues and concerns of the unit.
• Make reports as directed or requested
• Attend internal and external meetings and committees
• Perform other related duties/tasks that may be assigned
