The Accounting Facilitator will be involved in sending status updates, performing any Finance/Payroll tasks as necessary, coordinating with the different managerial teams, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Reporting
Understanding of Revenue and Expense classifications
The successful candidate will be expected to provide feedback, input if necessary, and facilitate parts of this process
Understanding of PH payroll, Alpha-list, taxable and non-taxable items, 13th-month pay, etc.
The candidate will be conducting and working with the payroll department, and in certain cases manipulating reports
Working with Operational and Finance Departments in analyzing upcoming or future costs for current and/or future projects
Maintaining a list of deadlines, working with peers on any critical activities, and assisting in the reporting of important activities
Ability to communicate current important tasks to any administrative heads when needed
Ensuring that all records and files are maintained with the necessary confidentiality
Adept in the usage of MS Tools such as Excel and Outlook
The schedule for this job will be from 3 PM - 12 PM Manila time, from Tuesdays- Saturdays. This is also going to be an on-site job. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
