Job Description
Determines accounting errors and/or discrepancies and suggests necessary corrective action.
Updates financial records with recent transactions and changes
Records expenses in the BIR Relief/Alphalist
Sends DAT file format of the recorded Relief/Alphalist to the BIR quarterly and annually
Responsible for safekeeping of 2307 from clients
Recording and checking of Sales Journal for VAT and ITR
Recording and checking the validity for BIR of Purchase Receipts
Creates report for Taxation (Monthly and Quarterly) - VAT, ITR, 1601-E and 1601-C
Responsible for SEC and BIR compliance
Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in computer - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Taxation
